I only use BMW antifreeze in my BMW's
So in the 90's, my Dad was working at a VW dealership. Many stories of off-the-shelf antifreeze messing up VW engine blocks. (Peake, Prestone, etc) Owners should have used the OEM coolant. So I stick to this lesson & only use BMW coolant in my BMW's. 18 years of BMW ownership.
