failed less than 3 years.
my inner ball joint failed within 3 years which my original lasted more than 7 yrs, I do not track or go crazy in turns, for sure my I drove little harder on my original CA then on my merle replacement, my right side still holding up so far, I did get same meyle HD replacement again so we see

Wonderful replacement and upgrade! Dont waste your money on the stock brand. I had a tough time making the decision to buy these. I didnt know which route to take and my pockets were on the light side. I searched through the forums and many reccomended these...still wasnt sure. So I searched youtube to see what people were doing....couldnt believe it... I came across FCPs video of advertisement for the exact same control arms. It explained how heavy duty the joints were and it shows!!! Easy install and great ride and handling. Dont forget to buy the matching bushings if your questioning those as well. Save your time and buy it right the first time. If your having trouble deciding...watch that video! Definite reccomend!!!

Had some play in my E46 stock control arms so I did both sides with this upgrade. Definite improvement on the OEM design.
