This brake kit is very worth the cost and is of wonderful quality. Shipped and arrived much quicker than estimated and just had this kit installed on my 2009 328i sedan yesterday. No more brake squeal! You do lose some of that "bite" from the OEM pads, but the dust is much less and there is no noise at all. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their rear pads and rotors replaced without paying the BMW dealer an obnoxious price that makes zero sense.

I was unhappy with the OEM brakes - too much dust, squeal, etc. Bought this kit for the rears and it works very well. Can see much improvement in lack of brake dust (compared to my still OEM fronts) without any degradation in performance (might be better in fact). I will definitely be buying this kit again for the fronts!!

After doing some research I decide to give the Akebono brake pads a try and after searching the internet I came across FCP EURO. They had the best prices on these pads when you purchased the complete kit that included the Zimmermann rotors. I bought kits for both the front and rear brakes on my E93 BMW. The parts arrive in couple of days of making the order in good condition. I installed the kit the following weekend with no issues. The brakes did take several days of driving to break in, just had to be careful of the longer braking distances. After break in these brakes are a step up from the factory pads. They are not grabby like the factory pads. They have very linear feel and are much easier to modulate than factory, yet they still stop the car quickly like the factory pads. But that is not even the best thing about them! I cleaned the wheels when I installed the brakes about 3 weeks ago and they are still clean!!!! These pads produce very little dust and yet still maintain excellent stopping ability. They are quiet, with no squeaks or rattles. Going forward I will use these on all my cars. In addition I would like to give thanks to FCP for their excellent customer service. There was some question about fitment. A call to them cleared everything up. I also found the how to video to be very helpful as this was the first BMW I had ever done a brake service on.

This is a great set of brakes and rotors. I love the zinc coating because it keeps the rust off my rotors. I was able to seat the brakes and rotors really easily and they makes no noise when stopping.
