replaced this part twice, both fail at very top. stick with oem

Flange is fine, gasket failed in less than 3 months/1000 miles
As stated. Similar to the other review here, started losing coolant more aggressively as the gasket failure worsened
The flange itself is great, but the gasket sucks. Get it BUT absolutely get an OEM gasket when installing

Started leaking after 1,000 miles. Replaced it with an original part.

The oil filter housing you would typically replace at the same time comes with replacement bolts, this does not. They are still aluminum and since you say to replace the 'other' bolts for the oil filter housing, I would think this would come with 3 replacement bolts as well. It does not and they can get chewed up easily from the tight angle.
It looks solid and has a new gasket, and hopefully will stand up, but this review is before I put it on the car and any time post use.
