All part numbers and castings matched the original OEM parts I removed. I put these parts in at the same time that I replaced my thermostat, water pump and the Mickey Mouse flange.
Removing and replacing the radiator fan was not fun on my 435, but do-able. With the fan out of the way, this job is quite easy; the water pump and thermostat were more difficult but the puppy tensioner and belt were easy, so if you have another job that pulls the radiator fan, I’d definitely do this maintenance at the same time.

easy job that should not be neglected
Swapped the belt, pulley and tensioner at just over 100k miles after repairing oil filter housing leak.

Great fit and quality parts
Installed on an F30 335i, direct install with no issues. The rattle on my stock components went away immediately.

BMW Parts w/out BMW Price !
At 60k miles my tensioner and belt were fine but it just seems silly to replace only one part (idler pulley) when it takes no time and a little more $$ to do it all.
I highly recommend you pull the fan shroud to perform this job. Yes it can be done without it but the extra room will allow you to generate sufficient torque on the bolt for the idler pulley w/out risk of stripping it.
Don't forget to put the dust cap back on the idler pulley!
38 NM for the belt tensioner.
60 NM for the idler pully.
FWIW my particular Continental Contitech belt was made in Germany.

Was able to do it in about 1 hr being careful and making sure I followed the instructions for install. Got rid of the tensioner rattle I had because the belt was the only thing replaced when the dealer did the OHFG about 2 years ago. Now I have peace of mind knowing all three items have been replaced.

Serpentine, tensioner and pulley replacement
The parts were exact match (I believe stock BMW supplier). Went together no issue, EXCEPT be careful of the expansion tank vent hose (goes from the top radiator hose on the port side to the expansion tank). I have 55k miles and it was brittle enough to snap a 90 deg fitting by looking at it :-( wrong. I would probably buy this if you have any miles on your car! The tensioner, belt and pulley all went together perfectly! Hardest part was getting the fan assy out! Thanks FCP, easy peasy preventative maintenance fix!
