The fitment of this kit is entirely dictated by whether the vehicle is equipped with Dynamic Drive/Adaptive Drive or not. M Sports Package has no effect on fitment here. These are the OE parts for the vehicles listed. Contitech makes the serpentine belts and INA makes the tensioners/pulleys for BMW. There is no notable difference between Genuine BMW dealer replacement parts or these OE replacements,

Your vehicle does not have the dynamic drive option so this belt kit will fit.
