Everything Needed, Easy Install
Fits perfectly on my 09 328i xDrive. Looks just like original parts. The most time consuming part of this install was cleaning oil stains off the front of my engine before placing in new parts. The pin on the tensioner is convenient. I was worried about how my leaky oil filter housing may have affected the belt and pulleys, did not want to face catastrophic failure of belt getting chewed into crankcase. This kit came with all bolts and caps necessary to complete the job.

Too Easy, SAVE yourself $500 get this kit!
Weather permitting or if you have a garage save yourself some money and get his kit. I work in a pharmaceutical company spending most of my days sitting behind a desk. I did this job myself after watching a YouTube video in about 35-40minutes and most of that time was removing the air-filter box, the plastic air-intake pieces and cleaning dirt that settled underneath, yeah I’m anal retentive. So first make sure you have ALL the tools necessary (YouTube video) and make sure you plan ahead. Take pictures of the belt diagram, this will insure you reinstall everything properly. I completed the job so quickly I felt as if I forgot something. Check and double check all your work before turning on the ignition. Also a torque wrench is recommended. I had no idea what I was doing so I followed all instructions. Obviously if you are a pro you can hand tighten fit and get it right without a torque wrench but I don’t have that skill set. Also between us one use aluminum bolts scare the crap out of me. BMW wanted $600 to complete a task a novice could do without power tools in 40 minutes?? I’ve put about 10,000 miles on the car since I did this repair and the car feels smoother and sounds great. Ok I have to tackle the hoses next, time to order more parts. Wish me luck!

2010 328i Feeling tight again
The E90 is feeling a lot tighter after I installed. Took about two hours for me to do as a novice, but everything is going well. Thanks!

Great
Perfect fit, like new. Super easy to change E90 drive belt, tensioner & idler. You'll need a T60 to take the tension off the tensioner.

Excellent and easy replacement
Takes maybe an hour at best to replace units and belts. Current my belt wandering of the tensioner which apparently had become weak afer 237K miles. I did some how misset my torque wrench and snapped off the included tensioner mounting bolt. Luckily it easily backed out by hand but reminder to be careful torquing aluminun bolts.

BMW Accessory Drive Belt Kit
Installed this kit in my 2007 175,000 mile 328xi. There was a squeak/squeal coming from someplace and decided it was the belt, or something that used the belt, so I just bought this kit. I don't have a whole lot of wrenching experienced but I watched several YouTube videos, printed the belt diagram for reference, and had this project done in one hour.
