Great Kit Everything Needed Is Included (All Bolts)
Great kit came with everything even hardware, I had a hydraulic tensioner before and the mechanical one was oriented differently so I had to watch a youtube video, other than that everything fits exellent and runs smooth and quiet now no more squeek

THIS IS SUCH A SIMPLE LITTLE THING TO CHANGE OUT AND IS SO OFTEN OVERLOOKED. I AM TO BLAME FOR THIS TOO. I IGNORED IT ON MY OLD X5 UNTIL ONE OF MY PULLEYS STARTED MAKING ALL KINDS OF SQUEELING NOISES FROM A SEIZED UP BEARING. I DECIDED TO JUST DO THE WHOLE KIT WHILE I WAS IN THERE AND I'M GLAD I DID. MY OTHER PULLEYS WERE GETTING REALLY LOOSE AND WERE MOST LIKELY GOING TO FAIL IN THE NEAR FUTURE. NOW EVERYTHING IS NICE AND TIGHT. RUN SMOOTH AND QUIET. THANK YOU FCP EURO FOR HAVING A GREAT KIT AVAILABLE AT A GREAT PRICE!

Make sure you need an idler pulley...
According to Realoem.com my 2002 M54 3.0 Z3 has an idler pulley, and according to FCP website this kit "fits." I went ahead and ordered it without checking my car first, or I would have realized I don't in fact have an idler pulley. So I had an unneeded idler pulley, dust cap, and bolt: $12 to ship back $20 in parts... Annoying, but I should have looked at my car first.
Also, the hydraulic tensioner is a kit of parts that comes loose in a box. The pulley is plastic, the tensioner is a big piece of metal, guess which will win if they knocked around in shipping... The pulley had 3 gouges in it. Unfortunate, but not a big deal.
Anyway it's a good kit, just a few glitches in my case.
