Went in easy works great good price. The old one just started to run on the edge of the pully

My old tensioner was causing my belt to ride slightly of the edge pf the pulleys so I replaced it. It was pretty easy with only one bolt to remove. Having a star shaped male socket to move the tension off the spring would have made it easier ti install, but I was able to use a long extension to compress the spring and remove the shipping pin.

INA tensioner is an exact replacement for the BMW part, but description needs improvement. The description says that you'll also need the tensioner bolt and the photos do not show the bolt as being included. But my order came with the bolt. So now I have an extra $5 bolt. A minor annoyance.
