Perfect fit, same as from the factory.
Identical to original part. One issue to report, though: the part itself doesn't have either the INA part number or BMW number on it. I bought both tensioners for my car and took them out of the boxes, then the only way to determine which was A/C and which was Accessory was to compare them to original parts after removal. (Come on INA, at least label the part with the same number you put on the box!).

The pulley on this tensioner was starting to wear out after 14 years and nearly 55,000 miles, indicated by completely free spinning, slight noise, and lateral looseness. This high quality OEM part provides great peace of mind.
