We cannot confirm which battery you need. As noted you must replace the battery with the same spec already equipped in your car. There are three possible battery sizes (48, 49, 94R). You will need to figure out which battery size your car currently has. If you have a 94R battery already installed this battery will fit.

There are 4 possible batteries based on option combinations. The easiest way to find your exact battery is to physically read the group code off the battery currently installed

It will require you to register the battery to your vehicle yes, you will have to confirm fitment by verifying your battery group size, listed on your original or current battery.

The dimensions in question are Group 94R sizing specs.
