I said it before and I'm going to say it again. There is nothing better than putting Genuine Volvo fluids into your Volvo, period. Yes other OEM manufactures make fluids that will work just as good but I guess it is just a peace of mind thing with me. After performing and drain and fill with this transmission fluid my car is driving better and smoother, the shifts are crisp and seems to actually run a little faster.

By far this is the best bang for your buck when purchasing fluid. It never hurts to have more than you need around.

I FOUND THAT THE ITEM WAS OF HIGH QUALITY, HOWEVER I FOUND IT A BIT CHALLENGING TRYING TO POUR THIS FLUID IN A TIGHT PLACE. THE LARGE CONTAINER WAS DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER INTO THE AREA I NEEDED IT TO POUR IT IN THE TRANS AND AS A RESULT I SPILLED SOME FLUID. THANKFULLY I HAD PLENTY FOR THE FLUID CHANGE. I LEFT 5 STARS DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY DIFFICULTY WITH THIS PRODUCT WAS SOLELY MY OWN DOING. I COULD HAVE PURCHASED SMALLER CONTAINERS AND DEFEATED THE ISSUE.

After replacing with so called compatible (ASIN T-IV) brand, I felt slippage, so frustrated I bought 4 containers-flush and filled 4x, which cured the problem. FYI- Mobil 3309 is the only other brand that seemed problem free and appears the only alternative to Genuine Volvo ATF. Perhaps all Coincidence - My lesson learned; don't f-around, buy the genuine ATF for just a bit more $$$!
