Put this in and it fixed the burned out pump motor. Don't run the pump dry it will over heat and stop working.

Careful: FCP Euro has incorrect fitment for this item.
If you drive a BMW E46, note that there are different washer pumps used for different body types. This one does NOT fit the sedan. The FCP Euro website gives false assurance otherwise.
(That's not the pump's fault, so I've no idea how many stars to leave.)

This is my third washer pump in 17+ years. The factory part lasted about 14 years and a cheap pump off Amazon only lasted 2. For the price of this pump you can't go wrong. Even if you have to replace this one every 2 years, the price is dramatically cheaper than the BMW branded part and it takes only a couple of minutes to replace. Hardest part of the job is draining the washer fluid!
