Audi VW Oil Sperator - Hengst
Came as expected is the correct updated part and definetly OEM as it has the AUDI/VW logo printed right on it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to prevent rear main seal failure due to excessive crank case pressure.

Great Part
OEM Part that has the VW and Audi logos on it. Easy to install, worked as intended. Lightening fast shipping to NYC

OEM part worked perfectly. Arrived quickly and was a good price.

Same exact parts that VW uses for a lower price
Replaced this part pre-emptively in my 2 VWs. They both had the older E version. And both of the factory units even had the Hengst logo on them. So don't worry about getting a worse product compared to genuine VAG parts. It's the same thing you'll get from the dealership.

Works Well
Would recommend - it's OEM.

Xengst oil separator
CEL lit up with system too lean at idle (P2187) and idle control rpm higher than expected (P0507). Engine was noisier than normal, and the idle rpm would surge up and down at stoplights and in Park. Could barely pull out the oil fill cap and dipstick with the engine running (obvious vacuum leak). Could hear the hiss coming from the oil separator and could feel suction coming from the pinhole vent on the diaphragm. My part still had the Audi VW logos molded into the plastic, so it’s definitely the OE part. Install only took 15 to 20 minutes, cleared the codes, and the engine is back to its normal, quiet self and the idle has smoothed out. Most importantly, the CEL has not come back on. Glad I got to it before the rear main seal blew out. I’m at 77K miles on my Tiguan so it didn’t surprise me this part failed. Probably should have preemptively replaced it at 50K miles (I will now with FCP’s lifetime guarantee). FCP FTW.

PCV
This is the actual VW Audi part. It has the actual correct part number on it but they have marked off the VW Audi logo but you can still see them. Best bang for your buck compared to one from the dealer.

2014 Tiguan
Exact fit for a 2014 Tiguan. All rubber components (gasket and plungers) are of superb quality. These are the most common fail point on the PCV valves. The entire plastic housing also is of great quality. Thick and rigid. This is an OE supplier product. No question about it.

100%
I received a Hengst valve with a green gasket and red diaphragm just like the original Volkswagen/Audi part. The VW and Audi logos were removed, but otherwise I can discern no differences between this and an original part. I replaced mine preemptively at 97,000 miles despite having no symptoms of failure and I am happy I did! The original PCV's diaphragm had a small tear, showing signs of age and wear.
