I replace the fuel pump cam follower approximately every 15k miles in my A4. They hold up pretty good, show signs of minimal wear.

INA Cam follower fits just right. Price point is much better than VAG branded part.

Having a Golf R I have to make sure I stay on top of the cam follower to prevent any serious damage from occurring when it fails. I change these often to be proactive and this one works just fine!

Fairly easy job to replace cam follower on vw fsi engine. This part works fine, looks just like OE.
