Guide them in by hand first to you know they are not cross threaded - good quality plugs - great price

These are the exact (sans "BMW" stamp and price mark up) originally installed in my '04 X5 with the M54 engine. Pre-gapped and ready to go. A quick and easy economical fix ( but not cure) when the misfires start due to the mysterious, ridiculous oil consumption of this otherwise nice running engine.
After being badly oil fouled,electrode. insulator tends to break off creating a misfire. Can't blame the plug for that though.
