No, this additive is not compatible with Pentosin chf11s. An additional additive isn't needed for that fluid.

I would like to inquire if the Liqui Molly ATF additive is compatible with ATF1 Automatic Transmission Fluid - Pentosin 1058206 to be used in a 2002 VW Eurovan ? I see the specifications are for use in Dexron II and Dexron III type ATF but I cannot tell from the photo if the ATF1 - Pentosin 1058206 is Dexron II / Dexron 3.

No, Pentosin 1058206 falls under GL-4 Dexron VI approval. An additional additive isn't needed for that fluid.
