1 liter should be enough but it's generally best to have 2 liters on hand.

No, this is standard colored brake fluid. ATE Super Blue which is the equivalent in spects to this is no longer available for sale in North American due to DOT restrictions.

This is a high performance DOT 4 brake fluid that is compatible with ABS and ESP systems. If your vehicle requires a DOT 4 brake fluid this is perfectly compatible. Some newer vehicles require a DOT 5.1 fluid and I would not recommend using ATE TYP 200 in a 5.1 braking system. If you are unsure of which fluid your vehicle takes the brake fluid spec is usually on the master cylinder reservoir cap and should also be in your vehicles owner manual.
