Front anr rear differentials take ~1 Liter each.

How many quarts of gear oil do I need to fill the front and rear when I flush the differential fluid? I have a 2006 325xi sedan base model.

1 quart for the front and 2 quarts for the rear. Please note your 2006 325xi does not have a drain plug on the rear differential. You will either need to siphon through the fill plug or remove the diff cover in order to drain the rear differential.
