Which of the 3 Liqui Moly oils is best for a 2018 BMW X5 50i? I live in South Florida, so, it's pretty much always hot outside.
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
All 3 would be suitable, this oil has an additive package and UV dye to help spot oil leaks.

Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
This can be used for a 2016 GTI but it doesn't meet the exact VW specs.

Can I use this in a 2017 BMW x5m? The “fitment” list does not show 2017 BMW X5m & beyond (stops at 2016 x5m).
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
Yes, it can be used in a 2017 BMW X5M as well. I just updated the fitment application to include additional model years.

Does this oil have CERA TEC or MoS2 anti-friction as Molecular Friction Control (MFC)? Is CERA TEC or MoS2 additive safe for sensitive BMW vanos solenoid valve system? Thanks!
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
Yes, Molygen already includes friction modifiers so you wouldn't want to add CERA TEC or MoS2 to this oil. Molygen, CERA TEC, or MoS2 is safe to use and won't cause an issue with BMW vanos systems.

Is it known why this oil does not have LL-01 approval while the other LM oils you have are LL01 approved?
Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team)
Yes. The only thing that prevents this oil from getting BMW OE approval, or any car manufacturer approval for that matter, is the color/UV dye.
