Been using this oil for awhile now in my M5. In my opinion I think Liqui Moly is the way to go!

You can do research and everyone has their own preference. I have ran this oil for track and daily driving and it last.

I use this in my E46 M3. It's approved for M engines and made in Germany. Highly recommended.

Cheaper than the Castrol 10w-60 and lasted longer between fill ups.

Works great an is an affordable alternative to the Castrol 10w-60 that BMW sells. The 5 liter jugs are very handy and serve as a great used oil container for when you take your used oil to the recycler/auto parts store.

Just as good as the pricier TWS, burns very little in my m5 between oil changes.
