Order Status and Tracking
We do our best to make checking the status of your order and tracking it as simple as possible. We have multiple ways for you to get an update on the status of your order.
Immediately after your order is place FCP will send you a confirmation with all order details to your email address you provided to us at checkout. You can use this email to review the status of your order in your account.
You can always view the status of your order and your tracking number when it is available by visiting your account.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are typically generated at 7pm Monday-Friday. We will always send you a follow up email with tracking information once your order has shipped, if it has been more than 48 hours and you have not yet received tracking information please check your spam folder and contact us. You can view both the status of your order and all of your tracking numbers your account.
