Founded in 1952, FAE is a producer of electrical parts for the automotive market, including as an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) to Nissan, KTM, Continental, Hella, Suzuki and more.

FAEs specialty is in the manufacture of switches and sensors, from stop light switches and reverse light switches to timing sensors and knock sensors.

By 1972 FAE has opened a 3.5m2 modern facility, but continued growth forced them to move in 1997 to a 12.0 m2 facility complete with clean room, testing facility, warehouse and production.

Over the last 60 years, FAE has grown continuously in its sales, clients, and employee count. Presently, FAE has a staff of more then 135 people, with earnings of 17.750.000 Euros.

FAE is committed to quality. In 1995 the company was awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Certification on their own ingenuity. Their next renewal will be coming up in 2015. Also, in 2009, FAE was given the ISO 14001 Quality Certification and 2012 FAE acquired the ISO/TS 16949 Quality Certification.
