This expertly assembled kit is designed around the weakest points in the E46's cooling system. This kit will replace the dangerous, failure prone composite water pump impeller with a top quality Hepu unit. Totally overhaul the cooling system in your E46 BMW with new radiator hoses, OEM Behr expansion tank, FAE fan switch along with many other critical components to keep your BMW at the optimum running temperature. The longevity of your engine depends on how well it's maintained, overheating will cause excessive wear and can lead to major damage. This kit includes OEM parts along with an upgraded water pump for added reliability and piece of mind.

The 18671 crush ring sits between the coolant drain plug and the engine block. Most repair procedures suggest replacing the crush ring when reinstalling the plug (draining the coolant from the block is necessary to replace the lower radiator hose and waterpump).

Everything in this kit is made by its respective OE supplier, except for the water pump, which has been upgraded.
