Returns and Exchanges
We strive to keep our returns policy as simple and hassle free as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your items within the guidelines below. In order to make our returns process as easy as we can for our customers, we have outlined step-by-step instructions below. PLEASE NOTE: Returns make take up to 72 hours to process once they arrive at FCP.
Any Discrepancies found with your order need to be reported within 30 days from the original date of purchase. FCP is not responsible for any errors reported after that time.

Step 1: Read our Returns Policy
In order for FCP to quickly and efficiently process your return, please read our Returns Policy to ensure your return meets all the requirements outlined below. To begin, please select the type of return you wish to process:
- I would like to exchange or return a New Part (this includes Genuine Dealer Parts as well as returning part of a kit)
- I would like to exchange or return a Warrantied Item
- I would like to return a Core Part
Step 2: Complete a Returns Form
Please note: A return cannot be accepted by FCP without a completed FCP Returns Form. If a return is sent to FCP without a completed Returns From, the item will be shipped back to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Step 3: Packaging and Shipping Instructions
Carefully place your items back into the manufacturer’s box and then into a shipping box. The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.

We recommend shipping your returned parts back to FCP with a tracking number.
Please note: If there is proof of error on our part, you can obtain a pre-paid shipping label for your return of merchandise (continental U.S. only). Additionally, FCP is not responsilbe for fitment issues relating to NON- US spec vehicles.
FCP Returns Policy
NEW RETURNS
Before a new return can be considered please ensure that the items:
- 1) Are in their original packaging
- 2) Have original manufacturer information
- 3) Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- 4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- 5) Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions
Important: New parts returned to FCP must be in a new, sell-able condition free of scratches, dents, or blemishes. FCP is not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Additionally, the manufacturer's box (the box a part originally comes in) must also be in new, sell-able condition free from shipping labels, handwriting, and stickers.
New Merchandise Returns (within 45 days of receipt of order):
- No used or installed parts will be accepted.
- Original method of payment will be refunded upon the acceptance of returned merchandise.
- EBay customers must first agree to the EBay withdrawal process before any refund will be issued.
- If the item received free shipping, the shipping cost (FCP Paid) will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise returned.
New Merchandise Returns (Between 46-180 Days of Receipt of Order):
- No used or installed parts will be accepted.
- Customers will receive a customer credit only upon the acceptance of returned merchandise (customer credits do not expire).
- EBay customers must first agree to the EBay withdrawal process before any refund will be issued
- If the item received free shipping, the shipping cost (FCP Paid) will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise returned.
New Merchandise Returns (After 180 Days of Receipt of Order):
- No return after 180 will be accepted.
Returning a Genuine (Dealer Part)
- Genuine (Dealer Parts) not listed on the website are NON-returnable
Returning Part of a Kit
- All above New Merchandise Return Time Lines remain the same.
- You must receive authorization from a Customer Service Representative. Some kits are ineligible for a partial return.
- Returning a portion of the kit will NOT BE ACCEPTED without obtaining authorization from a Customer Service Representative.
- Returning a portion of an AUTHORIZED kit is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Restocking Fees
- A Restocking fee can be applied to the following:
- Product(s) not returned in its original packaging in sell-able condition.
- Returns that are sent without the completed FCP Returns Form.
- When returning a portion of an authorized kit.
WARRANTY RETURNS
FCP warranties all products sold to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months or the expressed manufacturers warranty, whichever is greater. We do not cover any labor cost removal, installation, or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair or for incidental or consequential damages. All warranty returns will be inspected by our ASE certified Technicians before any refunds will be finalized and issued.
Defective items returned within 45 days:
- FCP will either issue a refund for warrantied part(s) or exchange the item at the customer’s discretion.
Defective items returned between 46-90 days:
- FCP will issue either a customer credit or an exchange of merchandise.
Defective items returned between 91-365 days of receipt:
- FCP will issue an exchange of merchandise only.
Please note: To qualify for a warranty return the defective item needs to be returned to the facility within 1 year of the original date of purchase to be eligible for a warranty return. Additionally, FCP requires the defective merchandise shipped back to FCP first, or a hold of deposit, before issuing a new warrantied item replacement. FCP is not responsible for return shipping costs after 45 Days of purchase date.
CORE RETURNS
- All cores must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box. No refund will be issued for cores returned without a manufacturer’s box (i.e.: the box it was sent out in).
- All fluids must be drained from the core.
- The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed.
- Your core will be inspected at FCP in order to determine if it can be rebuilt.
- Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer; these are not refundable.
- After 60 days any core that is returned will be for store credit only.
- Core returns will not be accepted after 365 days from original date of purchase.

FCP reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fit into the rules and regulations of the above stated return policy.
